Special Investigations Bureau

The Special Investigation Bureau (SIB) is designed and administered to deter, investigate and suppress all violations of law related to narcotics, vice/human trafficking, and gang related crimes. The bureau’s captain is administratively responsible for the day-to-day operations. SIB is divided into four separate components; Gang Enforcement, Narcotics, Vice/Human Trafficking, Technical Investigations Unit, and the Regional Narcotics Suppression Program (RNSP).
