In-Custody Death – March 3, 2023

On March 3, 2023, 33-year-old Ryan Barnette from Garden Grove, CA who was housed at the Intake Release Center in Holding Cell PM9 died at OC Global Medical Center. At the time, Barnette was awaiting arraignment.
