Yes, an inmate may release his/her personal property. You must fill out a property release form in the facility lobby between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9 PM. The inmate must sign this release before the property can be released. Inmate clothing cannot be released without an exchange. Inmate funds can be released through the cashier's office. The inmate must sign a Cash Withdrawal Form authorizing the release of funds.

Obscene publications or writings, and mail containing information concerning where, how or from who such material may be obtained: anything that may incite murder, assault, violence; and any material concerning unlawful gambling or an unlawful lottery will not be accepted. Publications must be from the original publisher or an accepted distributor (i.e. Amazon.com, barnesandnoble.com, etc.) paperback books.

Yes, by order of the court an inmate may temporarily be released to attend a relative's funeral.
