On May 19th, 2000, Irma Jimenez was murdered while cleaning a vacant apartment at the Prado apartment complex in Laguna Hills. Arnulfo Rivera is a drywaller and was working in a nearby apartment the day of the incident. A person matching Rivera’s description was seen running from the area. Rivera left his job site without notifying his supervisor and has not been located or heard from since.
